I know rite? I don't know why I didn't spend more time in Mike's corner, he had some dreamy kit there (as in Deckard's Dream lol get it?).

I'm also surprised at how few pics I took. I think I was just too busy talking with everyone to be arsed with it. I hope some of the others will poast pics somewhere.

The projection wasn't that bad in real life. They were doing some pretty cool stuff in that corner but I never got around to talking with that group till a few minutes before we all left.

I think it was probably stuff like this:

since the synth player of that band (Bubba) was there.

Here's that bag I was hoping you could use for the Clava-mini:

But it's 20"W X 8"D X 15"H.

I'll keep looking though...

Man that's about perfect except for the Wave Folder that has the card sticking out. And actually I'm going to be tradinbthat in for the SMT version that came put recently, so that bag might fit it perfectly.

I can bring it to Sweetfest if you wish. I think I said I was on the fence about going this year, but if you or Mr. Suit are going to be there I'll prob come for at least one day.

Speaking of Mr. Suit, please thank him for me again for giving up some of his time and table space so I could scrutinize that SE-02.

I THANK HIM!

Seriously, the CS50 comes close The the Prophet 10 (5) in some ways. That portamento is very nice :thu:

It's a strange beast to be sure. I recommend it.

Oh, and Old Crow was telling me that if he reproduces the voice cards in SMT, he can fit another voice on each card. In other words I'll have an 8 voice CS50 one day  :smoke:

This particular OB-Xa will be in my studio for the next year or more. It's on loan from STG Sound Labs™ and I will eventually be replacing key bushings and adding a MIDI retrofit. In the meantime, I am at liberty to record as many tracks as I can, and also just play with it, so I'm pretty thrilled about this.

It currently is only a 7-voice, as Old Crow has one of the voice boards in his shop in order to clone it, insuring the longevity of these massive and wonderful instruments.

STG has offered to let me hang on to it until Uli releases the UB-Xa, since I will very likely be getting one of those. For those of you not following the story, Uli has finished the layout of the main boards, so there has been a bit of progress made so far.

I promise to upload some video or tracks or something, although I am waist deep in studio projects at the moment. I am about halfway finished with my control room treatments, and I have a handful of vintage restorations on the bench as well. Beyond that, I have dozens of small projects in the works and then if course there's the playing and writing and recording that I need to be doing..

UB-Xa is quite a clever name, Behringers should all start with UB-something.

If I wasn't married I could probably have all sorts of gearz (I had 19 guitars when I was married... 12 electric, 5 acoustic, 2 basses) and a big studio...

So Clav, do you know this Mike guy that owns/operates Chicago StompWorks pedals? I've been rebuilding my pedal board (and playing and writing again in the process, yay). I'm looking at his stuff and it's unbelievably cheap for some exact copies of the best, most classic pedals evah, and all discrete/handwired to boot. And he'll even do dual pedals, I think he still does them, I'm thinking about a TS808 clone going into a RAT in the same box. I think it would be perfect.
Gotta sell some camera lenses nao. LULZ
