well that one worked, the other gives me an error notice on the screen.
It sounds amazing. Everyone always talks about the CS80 and it seems the 50 doesn't get much love in comparison.
I thought it sounds wonderful.

Is there a pair of LFOs going on there? First thought was it's interacting with the filter level on the envelope but it doesn't look that connected to what you're playing.... or is the envelope auto triggering?

it's sounding good. :thu:

You're probably hearing the aftertouch open the filter. It's like the liberation where aftertouch is mechanical so if you press any of the notes, the whole keybed moves down with it. It has a light bulb and a shutter, and when you lower the keybed it uncovers the bulb to shine on a photo resistor. Both instruments need for you to develop a playing technique where you sometimes a useing a couple hundred grams of force to get the right timbre.

But I agree, it sounds very nice.

I actually moved it on top of the CP60 last night. It and the Liberation both go through the third Leslie in the foreground.

No joke, I swear I've tried to post a response on the CS here like 3 times since I watch the vid. This last time I got a server error of some sort.

Weird, right?

I'm confused. I'm not supposed to like Behringer gear, right?

Now that Midas is designing it, you're supposed to

Unless yer a Mooog fanboy. Then you must claim superior high hoarseness.

I used to like Moog until they stared making dumb stuff. But I will say that I have seen the new mono synth and the new poly and they will basically be greatness. Although I expect it to be expensive.

This new behringer stuff is great as long as it holds up to time. This mini clone is totally awesome. It's cheap and it sounds really really great. Just go buy it and start playing synths again.

jeez EP I think your talented and I love you're music.

Except you can't, it's backlogged. Must wait til hype and backlog dies down.

I do see one possible quibble with BehriMoog: in the docs, I notice only one main out (+phones). I dunno if phones output is good for filter feedback loop trick? :confuse:

There was a leak of a Moog Grandmother or something recently, complete with a rather jarring 1970s style color scheme. Is that the greatness you speak of? Looks... um... :freak:

So you can get one. I preordered and it took three weeks. Got it yesterday. As far as the classsic feedback 'trick', it is normaled when nothing is plugged into the external input, same as the reissue. And with regards to the Moog, yes. The ugly weird mono is actually very good, and the poly is probably going to be great, but you might have to be a fan to fall for it. I don't know.

But all told, the behringer really awesome. I think everyone should get one.

I'm curious how that compares to the aftertouch on your DSI/Sequential Oberhein clone?

Took me quite a while to figure out that the aftertouch on the P6 seems responsive to the degree of pressure, thought at first it was just slewing into the parameter until my touch got a bit more sensitive.
