@TheDollyConcert:

The Good: She sang beautifully. Just, absolutely beautifully.

The Bad: She talked WAY more than she sang songs. Like, for every song there was 15+ mins of talking about her boobs, her humble mountain home, her poor family, etc etc. Then, for every song she did, she literally "played" a different instrument for each one. I'm talking piano, saxophone, harmonica, harp, banjo, fiddle, dulcimer. DULCIMER, guys. And the thing is, she didn't ACTUALLY play a single one. Most people probably couldn't tell, maybe, but come on. You guys know we know fake playing when we see it, and I was so disappointed. If she'd just stood there and sang it would've been A++, but instead she ruined the experience for me with trickery and lies.

MIEK!!!!!! Good to see you around here :) Since I'm not on facebuck much.

Dolly concert? That was kind of unexpected :) But yeah I could tell from my visits to Gatlinburg that she does have a bit of an ego - or maybe she's just VERY loved around those parts... Dollyworld is a good park though. Yet why do I need to have big pictures of her in my hotel room??? (non-Dolly owned btw)

I can imagine how "humble" her mountain home must be :)

Yes, you must all tolerate my presence until IT realizes the interwebs are completely unblocked.

Actually, the new IT guy is kind of amazing. He comes from a federal security background, and I highly doubt he doesn't know about the Great Unblocking of 2017. Im too afraid to bring it up, though. He seems like a cool enough dude, but I don't wanna rock teh boat.
