I had no idea this was even possible, dude. I mean, I'm easily entertained but I'm awestruck at this. She sounds like a friggin alien. It's amazing!

I knew it was possible (also knew about the Tibetan / Tuvan) but most of the chant stuff ends up sounding like you are growling through a resonant filter (so it sounds like "ye-awwwwlllllllaawwwww") or something.

This is a very good example of the technique and quite different to me!

Yea! I mean, that technique is not really all that applicable to anything I would listen to, but it's still cool at grits :)

I have done this before. I have also been known to whistle polytones before. Can't do it on demand, but I've impressed weird chicks with it when the timing was right.

There's a muslim style of singing that just uses the human voice, some time back I heard it being played in a kebab house and really had to think about what I was listening to for a while... some time later I went in again and they had it on, so I asked about it and they got really weird and took it off and put on this dances allah-pop stuff. :idk:

This is rather splendid too, the second one has a really cool arrangement that I reckon you could get a sample-delic loop going to

This guy's nasal filter almost self oscillates. How is that, high nose 'Q'?
