We figured out the French bread and smaller loaf, but maybe still need to try the extra yeast.

Another thing is the water temperature. It has to be hot but not boiling. If it's just warm it doesn't rise as well.

Next thing I want to try is the italian herb bread (with aged parmesan cheese in it). It should be good for dipping in olive oil and cracked pepper.

my grandma on the French side had a small baked goods company selling croissants, tourtière, boulettes, etc she made from her kitchen

mémés french baked goods > everything else

also I like to make fresh tortillas or roti when I'm making Mexican or east/west Indian food. this is the full extent of my baking abilities

in order to qualify these statements I must point out I'm eating an Elvis sandwich, fried peanut butter & banana

Yeah, that's kind of weird, isn't it? That means they don't cut it off the bone, it's pulled by hand. I don't see what's the dif, myself...

tried a donair for the first time today

its kind of like a shawarma but with different spices, toppings, etc

not sure if i prefer purple pickles over green ones and donairs have cheese vs tabouleh

i would make a poll but have no idea how to do such things. which do u prefer or do u not have an opinion on such things ? :poke:
