Ya. Mostly the only danceable tunes of his are ones that have been remixed by other aggrotech people. I don't mind not dancing, though.

Norwegian metal heroes do 80s pop covers right, that's for sure. Listen loud.

And metal dudes for some reason have a fascination with Kate Bush, that dude is no exception. And I have to say this is one of the best things I've heard in a long long time. But forget the cheesy videos

Have you ever listened to this full version of this song? I had never heard it before. (also, don't ask why I'm listening to it today, but the electric piano solo toward the end is hot)

Actually... yeah! :)

Alan Tew was the composer. He (and a bunch of music library musicians) originally did this and a lot of other music for some mid 1970s British crime drama story called "The Hanged Man" (this might have been pure library music slightly before the show was written, the Interwebs is unclear on the order).

So if you wonder why the People's Court theme has sort of a 1970s bow-chicka-wocka sort of feel, well, because it *is* 1970s bow-chicka-wocka type of music!

Dear god  That's the sort of shite that would have been on in our house.

Admittedly we only had 4 channels then, or 3 and a bit, there was BBC 1 & 2, Yorkshire and Tyne Tees which you could just get with shite reception. TT mostly had the same programming as Yorkshire with some handy exceptions.

Why not? Is it the pedals? Cause what that guy's doing doesn't seem to rival S. Joplin difficulty levels. Yeah, he's obviously very accomplished, but a lot of it is showy cliche Hammond trix. Of which I'm not sayin I never used them.

I don't know how to do any of the Showy Cliche Hammond trix. Joplin, honestly, isn't that hard.

I post this with completely apolitical motives, because no matter

rarely posting forum member Moot Booxle did this Sly cover of Family Affair. He did the music and then waited a few months until he got a cold so he could to the vocal.
