 I love the quote from Bart on the simpsons: "You'd think living in a house full of crazy people would be fun, but no, it's actually quite depressing"

Been listening to Lady Tron, Drop Kick Murphy's and this new new ageish thing called "Era" which is actually pretty good. Most new age type things I've heard tend to be choirs doing covers of stuff like "dude looks like a lady" :freak: Im serious.. but Era is pretty good even if they do rip off Orff every now and then.

My son's discovered My Chemical Romance. I've heard more of them in the last 3 days than all my previous life.

To be honest, I like alot of the pop punk, after the fad has passed.. there's something very 80's about it.. wanting to grow up, having the best day ever, stuff like that.

Then there's the whiny, loud stuff.

I didn't intend to say that I didn't like 'em. Just...comparatively underexposed till this point.

I revisited Dreamtheater's Images & Words cd on Friday.
Kevin Moore was the best keyboardist for their music, followed by Derek Sherinian and then Jordon.

Listening to Primus. I'd love to play bass like Claypool does, it's just so funkily over the top!

Uhhhh no, there's no keys in Primus. SUE ME.

I heard this song on the radio a few months ago, and loved it, then I heard it a few weeks ago. I finally found out who and what it was

Just try to frown when this one's on (contains Rhodes awesomeness).

Huggin' and squeezin' and kissin'
And pleasin' together forever through rain or whatever
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you and me
So long as I'm livin' true love I'll be givin', to you I'll be servin'
You're so deservin', yeah, yeah, yeah Oh!, Oh!, Oh!, Oh!, Oh!
The love, the love, the love, the love, the love, the love, love, love, love, love
The love, the love, the love, the love, the love, the love, love, love
[/b]
From now on, from now on, from now on, from now on
From now on, from now on, from now on, from now on
From now on, from now on, from now on, from now on

ONCE MORE FOR THE FUNK!! TWO THREE FOWWWW!!!!!!

:confuse: White kids, y u no clap along?!

Yes, I have always lived the Hugh Masekela version, but hugh never said anything about:

Icandigithecandigitshecandigitwecandigittheycandigityoucandigit Oh, let's dig it Can you dig it, baby!

That's the best part.

And yes, it is the ultimate cowbell track of all time. Of all time. But, I think Will Ferral is a jackass so that reference is denied.

not to mention a Calvinet AND ludwig vista light™ drum kit

So why do they hides the whitey bass player... and I have to say I am skeptical that that was played live. :idk:

I dunno, but it's different than the recorded version: no brass.

What's Bootsy got on his left side, a Paia Stringz & Thingz?
