sup googabot,

Well it is official.

ClavAnother has absolutely gotten rid of the last of the grand piano! It took me three years to get that bitch out of the basement, but it is now teh gone. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I didn't so bugger off!

incidentally, it only took gravity about 30 seconds to get it into the basement...

:drink:

good day.

Presumably the heave ho after gravity helped it a bit too much in getting into the basement?

or he needed amunition for the trebuchet.

  Nothing like younglings to teach us patience. When he was six or so, my boy left a wagon right in front of my truck and I drove over it and it scratched the paint (the truck's paint; the wagon got squashed). I yelled at him, but instantly felt bad. Later, he offered me the contents of his piggy bank to fix it. (snif). I said "Nah, but you can help me touch it up". He was cool with that, & we had teh funz.

My kids quite often make me a bit cranky and short with them.....

......then when I'm away from them I always feel bad for being so strict.

My 2 year old is already at the age where he drives me and my wife almost to tears with how cute he is. Like last night, when I was putting him to sleep (he won't sleep unless he hangs out in our lap for a few mins first). After he was in bed, he was smiling and repeating "mommy... and daddy... mommy... and daddy..."

As a friend of mine had told me a little while ago: "Enjoy them while you mean the world to them". And it's true...

So I bought a pair of new humbucking pickups for my clav in 09. I put them in in 10. one was defective; I sent it back in 11. I got the replacement today and I will install...

So you know: My clav's upper pickup NEVER worked. I have never heard it's full tonal spectrum. I put in new pickups, and the lower one didn't work, so now I can has a slammin keyboard.

Am I the only one on this teh forumz that can HAZ TRUE CLAVZ?

I think yesss.

 Oooh.

What does it feel like? It must have a light action, judging from the quickity stuff people play on them. Can you feel the 'pluck'? Ooooh.

ANYWAY what I SAID was, I'd like to come out but you guys aren't exactly on the way home from work. So I'm kinda torn.

If someone else was willing to make the long distance trip, then I'd feel more compelled. No pressure, Metro. METRO. NO PRESSURE, METRO.
