And Korg was doing so well...

Guess the department that brought us the camouflage X-50 still is working there...

Hey, they make money with arrangers. So what. Small restaurant musicians need gear, too.

And everybody likes the Beatles while eating pork ribs. Don't you?

They should throw in a I-IV-V blues progression and it would be all a restaurant muso would ever need.

I don't get the marketing.. I'll admit that, otherwise I have nothing against performance items. That IS the market. Everything else is just bonus and or niche.

I don't get the concept of mini keys on an arranger. But the Liverpool is pretty much a re-badged Microarranger, which I guess is selling well enough to make this worthwhile.

I see this machine as more the equivalent as those Lowrey organs that you saw everywhere in malls back in the 80-90s, polluting the mallspace with auto-accompaniment standards from "the good old days". Nowadays, songs from the "good old days" are now Beatles songs.

It doesn't sound like something for professional musicians, even the small-restaurant-arranger type (see the Korg PA4X for something marketed for those people...)
